This page sets out the legal terms, statutory information and consumer rights that apply to Morixelanta’s event floristry services provided in Australia. Read these terms carefully before engaging our services.

Terms of supply
Our agreement is formed when we confirm your booking in writing (email). Quotations are valid for the period stated and are subject to availability. All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude third-party venue fees unless stated.
Where services are provided to consumers in Australia, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) are not excluded. These terms are to be read subject to any non-excludable consumer guarantees under the ACL.
- Deposit requirements and payment schedules will be confirmed in your booking confirmation.
- We may subcontract floristry work but remain responsible for delivery quality.
Refunds, cancellations & changes
Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to reflect the preparatory work and perishability of flowers:
- Cancellation more than 30 days before event: full refund of amounts paid less any non-recoverable third-party costs.
- Cancellation 14–30 days: 50% refund of the contract balance (deposit may be retained to cover costs).
- Cancellation within 14 days: *** refund (work and procurement typically underway).
Where a service is faulty or does not meet a consumer guarantee under ACL, we will provide a remedy which may include repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.
Privacy & personal data
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect the minimum information necessary to provide services and will only retain personal data as required for lawful business purposes.
Where personal information is transferred to third-party suppliers (venues, couriers), we ensure appropriate safeguards. You may request access, correction or erasure of your personal data as permitted by law.
Liability, disclaimers & governing law
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morixelanta’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for those services. Nothing in these terms limits non‑excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute should first be raised in writing; parties agree to attempt good faith resolution before commencing court proceedings.
